Orders

How do I order from Swords & more?

Just follow the steps listed below:

1. click on the sword category containing your product and select your desired item.
2. the item will now be placed in your shopping basket.
3. now choose the method of payment and delivery.
4. please enter your personal details, i.e. name and delivery address.
5. send your order by clicking on "order".
6. IMPORTANT! Please send us proof of age per post (Swords and more GmbH, Liebigstr. 2 - 20, 22113 Hamburg) or email to info(at)swords-and-more.com WITHOUT PROOF OF AGE WE CANOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER

Why should I accept your Terms & Conditions ?

Our terms & condition regulate the contract between you and Swords & more. They detail our delivery times and return policies. Without accepting our terms & conditions we cannot enter into a contract with you. Please ensure that you read and accept our terms and conditions.

I want to place a large order. Will I receive a discount?

Swords & more is happy to grant you a discount on your purchases exceeding € 500. Just send an email and we will send you further information on our discount rates and policies.

We are a Society/Group and would like to negotiate a discount for our members. How can this be done?

Swords & more is happy to grant your members a permanent discount on their purchases. Just send an email to info(at)swords-and-more.com and inform us what kind of society or group you belong to, and we will send you further information on our discount rates and policies.

I am experiencing difficulties ordering online. What can I do?

An Item which I would like to purchase is market "currently sold out". Can I still order/pre-order this item?

All products that have been sold out should be back in stock within 4 to 6 weeks. As such, you can order the item now and it will be sent to you as soon as the stock has arrived. Please note however that should you pay by bank debit, credit card or Paypal, your account will be debited immediately. We recommend that you pay for the item COD (cash-on-delivery), in which case you will only have to pay once delivery has occurred. As a rule, our site only features products that we either have or will have in stock. The merchandise that we have phased out is not featured on the site.

How can I cash my gift coupon?

It is possible to cash gift coupons in the Swords and more online shops for melee weapons and fire arms. Should you wish to cash a gift coupon please enter the code in the provided field. The coupon value will automatically be considered when placing the order. Please note that we have to set a minimum order value of 50 Euros for certain coupons from magazines. In addition it is not possible to use coupons for already reduced offers. Should your gift coupon not work please contact us directly via the contact form or via e-mail to info(at)swords-and-more.com.

My order has arrived incomplete/damaged. What can I do ?

If, under exceptional circumstances, your order has arrived incomplete or damaged, please inform us by sending an email to info(at)swords-and-more.com , stating the product code as well as your invoice number. We will send you the complete order or a replacement as soon as possible. There may be several reasons for orders arriving incomplete. In some cases, for example, we send products in more than one package in order to avoid damaging the goods during transportation. Should this be the case, you will be sure to receive the complete order within 1 to 2 working days of the arrival of the first package. If this is not the case, please inform us by sending an email to info(at)swords-and-more.com . Another possible reason for incomplete arrival may be that parts of your order were out of stock at the time of shipping. In this case your bill will contain a notification that you have only received a part of the order and that the remainder will be sent as soon as the products are back in stock.

My order has arrived incomplete despite the fact that at the time of purchase, the items were not marked with "currently out of stock".

Our shop system is updated daily in order to inform customers of current delivery times. However in some rare cases an item may be sold out without this fact being noted in the system. We ask our customers to make an allowance in situations like these.

I would like to buy products from more than one shop. Can I combine these different orders for one delivery to save shipping costs?

Yes, you can! Just give us a hint after your order. Write an e-mail to us or use the comment field during the order process. Please note that you have to finish every single order in every shop first. That means that you have to accept the shipping costs in a first step. We will reduce your shipping costs to one order in a second step after that and transfer your money back, if you have paid by card.

To buy in every single shop you have to register in every shop separately too. That means that you can not use your login from the swords and knives shop also for the softair shop for example.

Methods of payment

How can I pay for my order ?

You have 5 options of payment:

1. Bank transfer: As soon as you have ordered you will receive confirmation via automatically generated email. The email will state the total cost of your order including shipping costs, as well as our account details. Your order will be sent as soon as we have proof of payment as stated on our account.
2. COD (cash-on-delivery): You order the products and pay the delivery person in cash upon receipt of the order.
3. Bank debit: Upon ordering, you enter your account details into our shop system using a secure SSL connection. The total cost of the purchase will be automatically deducted off your account 3-5 working days after the order has been placed. The goods will be sent on the following shipping day.
4. Credit Card (VISA, MASTER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS): Upon ordering, enter your account details into our shop system using a secure SSL connection. The total cost of the purchase will appear on your next credit card bill. The goods will be sent on the following shipping day.
5. Paypal: You transfer the total cost of your order from your Paypal account to our account swords_and_more(at)web.de
The goods will be sent on the following shipping day. For further information on the Paypal system please refer to www.paypal.com
6. Financing: Once all necessary files from you are with our bank and the bank has confirmed your financing we will ship your order. You have to be a resident of Germany and your order must be worth at least 100,00 Euro.

Why can Swords & more not invoice me?

We offer our customers 5 payment options (bank transfer, COD, credit card, bank debit and Paypal). This is the usual payment pallet offered by the E-Business community. We only invoice our regular customers and merchants.

Returning merchandise / Returns

I am not satisfied with the goods I purchased, what do I do?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please return the within 14 days in any case to:

Should you send the package to another address (our real shop e.g.) you have to wait much longer for the return. If you do not use our correct address this causes delays in any case.

Please use the correct amount when posting the package in order to avoid a surcharge. If we have to pay surcharge we will lower your return sum of this amount.

The returned package has to contain a note what to do with the article and your bank details so that we can repay you the postage. We will pay back the postage charged as soon as you have notified us of the amount due via an email sent to info(at)swords-and-more.com

Further questions

I would like to place an order with Swords & more but am unsure with whom I am entering into a contract. Where can I get this information ?

The completion of the contract occurs only once delivery of your order has occurred. The details of this contract are stated in our Terms & Conditions You are entering into a contract with Swords and more GmbH, with a registered office in Liebigstr. 2-20, 22113 Hamburg. Just send an email to info(at)swords-and-more.com and we will supply you with our banner. Obviously we will also link our page to yours. There are 2 versions of our banner you can choose from under Banner 1 or Banner 2 and as address you can note either www.swords-and-more.de or www.swords-and-more.com. As soon as our banner appears on your site we will publish your banner on ours.

Proof of age

Swords & more requires proof of age prior to purchase. We accept either a valid ID document, passport or drivers licence to prove that you are over 18 years of age. This is vital when selling goods with an age restriction of 18 years.

We kindly beg you to use our File-Trader, to upload your proof of age (picture scan, picture by digicam etc.). It is easy to use. Just click the link in your order confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions.

If you cannot use this tool, you can also send us your document per e-mail or by snail mail as a printed document to our address.
